It said it has delivered but it is not here

Dear Kyla,

Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration that your order shows delivered but hasn't reached you yet.

According to the tracking information, the package was delivered to your mailbox on June 5th 2024.

Here are a few things you can do to help locate it:
1. Double-check around your mailbox: Sometimes parcels can be tucked behind the mailbox or left with a neighbor.
2. Check with family members: It's possible someone in your household might have received it on your behalf.
3. Contact USPS: If you've checked the above and still can't find it, we recommend contacting your mail carrier to inquire about the delivery. They may be able to provide additional information on the whereabouts of your package.
